Big RED - Session 2 Saturday 21st July - 4pm - 6pm - Tasting and Steak

Join us in wintery July to taste 60 big red wines from around the world. Big Malbecs from Argentina, mouth filling Rioja from Spain, the king of Italian wine, Barolo, classic Bordeaux, and of course, beauties from Australia. Plus many, many more. This will be a chance to taste hard to find wines; wines that are perfect to age in your cellar for many years. 

Then follow it with a juicy steak, all in one venue!

We are pretty sure we will sell out due to the fact so many people have asked us about this event. 

This session will run from 1pm - 3pm and will be a stand up tasting with a lavish spread of local and imported cheeses, with an assortment of cured meats, preserved and grilled Mediterranean vegetables, fresh bread, lavosh, crackers, quince jelly, fresh and dried fruits.

Once your appetites and taste buds have been sufficiently teased, sit down to enjoy a late lunch prepared especially for AWBS guests.

You will have the choice of a Grass Fed 350g Rib Sirloin with potato gallette & velvety red wine jus, cooked how you like it, 

We have chosen The Tattersall Club on Elizabeth Street. It is central, it has a great views of Hyde Park and they cook up a mean steak.
